Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Boston. The Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, including landscaping professionals and retailers, to promote PondPlantsUK’s product range. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely delivery, and strong customer support. The Sales Representative will track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales forecasts and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale distribution, ideally in horticulture, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills, including effective communication, active listening, and a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to understand product specifications and match customer needs with appropriate pond plant solutions.
- Comfort working with sales tools and CRM systems, and using data to manage pipelines and follow up on leads.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work on-site in Boston and, when required, visit customer locations or attend industry events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, horticulture, or a related field is an advantage.
