Sales Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Winnipeg. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, building long-term client relationships, and managing sales opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, order fulfillment, and delivery follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, online channels, and direct customer outreach.
- Prospect and engage potential customers to expand ETAC’s customer base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions with customers to support successful order completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements
- Educational background in electrical, technical, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the power or electrical industry, including transformers, generators, switchgear, or related equipment, is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably with technical or industrial products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple sales opportunities and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting at $50,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
