Strive Collective is a London-based promotions and sales organisation that supports brands in expanding their reach through direct, in-person customer engagement. We are currently seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, working on live promotional campaigns across London.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable communicating face to face, and wants to develop practical sales and customer engagement skills.

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will act as the first point of contact between our clients’ brands and their potential customers. Through professional and engaging interactions, you will help increase brand awareness and contribute to customer growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands professionally during promotional activities
  • Engage with customers in person and deliver clear product information
  • Promote brand offers and services accurately and confidently
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident and approachable when working with customers in person
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, punctual, and well organised
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is beneficial but not required
