Outbound Sales Representative

Are you an ambitious professional with a passion for helping people? arrivia is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Uxbridge. This is your chance to start a rewarding career by helping our members create incredible travel experiences.

This is a full-time onsite role at our Uxbridge office, Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 2:00am. The next intake starts on 5 October.

Your Mission

  • Make Dreams Come True: You'll be on the phone with our members, helping them find the perfect holiday package that fits their desires and budget.
  • Own Your Outbound Calls: Work through member calls with energy and consistency, turning conversations into bookings.
  • Be a Travel Expert: Use your knowledge to provide personalised advice and share amazing benefits, including free hotel nights, discounted flights, and exclusive cruise deals.
  • Exceed Expectations: Meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach and a positive attitude, directly contributing to our team's success.
  • Build Lasting Connections: Become a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on our wide range of travel products and services.

We're Looking For

  • A Sales Pro: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in a phone-based or contact centre environment.
  • Outstanding Communicator: The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and explain things clearly.
  • Travel Enthusiast: A genuine love for travel and a desire to share that excitement with others.
  • Driven Individual: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Organised and Efficient: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Available for the Shift: Able to work onsite in Uxbridge, Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 2:00am.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: A base salary of £26,000, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top earners can reach £110,000 per year.
