This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Representative role, with a mix of on and off-site work.

The Sales Representative will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities in print, signage, exhibition, and packaging solutions across the UK and Europe. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting
  • Conducting sales calls and meetings
  • Working with the estimating team to submit proposals
  • Following up to close deals

The role involves working closely with the client services team to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within print, signage, exhibitions, or related visual communication industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and standard office software to manage pipelines, prepare proposals, and report on sales performance.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of print and display solutions and translate them into clear, value-focused benefits for clients.
  • Organized and self-motivated, able to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Interest in or awareness of sustainable materials and environmentally responsible business practices is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites and events when required.
  • Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, or business is beneficial but not mandatory where equivalent experience is demonstrated.
