Role Description

The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bromley. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, responding to enquiries, and conducting follow-up calls and meetings to introduce property training programs and services. The Sales Representative will manage a pipeline of leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.   • Contributing feedback to improve the overall sales process

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in consultative selling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Organisational and administrative skills, including accurate record-keeping, CRM usage, and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Motivated, target-driven mindset, with the ability to work proactively, handle rejection constructively, and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Basic understanding of the property or training/education sector, or a strong willingness to learn and develop domain knowledge.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and online communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bromley on a full-time schedule, and to collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.
