Sales Representative
We’re hiring someone brilliant, and we’ll be upfront: this role is hard work.
We're looking for someone who listens well, has laser-sharp focus, and genuinely enjoys the thrill of connecting with people. You’ll have a passion for sales, an interest in art, and the ambition to build your career further in the field.
If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
HENI sits at the beating heart of the fine art world, and we're growing fast. We're expanding our sales team - this isn't a replacement hire, it's a new seat at the table.
Our clients span UK and beyond, and we need sharp, energetic salespeople to help us build those relationships. That means a high volume of calls, emails, and texts - that are direct, warm, and built to get a response.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a desk-based role in our Soho office. The pace is demanding and the outreach is constant - we want someone who finds that energising, not exhausting.
What makes this different
No commission. No lone wolves. No cutthroat targets.
We believe the best sales culture is built on collaboration, not competition - this team shares goals, wins and knowledge, and pushes each other to grow collective revenue. It’s a flat team with a shared mission. If being part of a high-performing team motivates you more than chasing individual bonuses, you'll fit right in.
Given our growing US client base, some flexibility with hours is needed - and we'll be flexible right back.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in sales or business development - ideally gained in a corporate or office environment rather than retail or face-to-face sales.
- Concise communication skills and attention to detail - every word earns its place.
- Organised, driven, and willing to give it everything. You know how it feels to work hard for a result, and you’re ready to do it consistently.
- An interest in art is a bonus, not a requirement. What matters most is your appetite for sales and your willingness to put in the work.

This role is for someone who wants to grow as a salesperson. If you're looking for a route into the wider art world or a stepping stone to another team, this probably isn't the right fit. But if sales is where you want to build your career, and you’re ready to work for it, we want to hear from you.
