Sales Representative

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while helping families access the right educational support for their children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultation meetings as the first point of contact for prospective clients, gaining a deep understanding of each child's academic needs and how Spark Tutoring can support them.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to parents interested in our higher service options, clearly communicating the value of our services and how they will be tailored to their child's requirements.
  • Clearly explain payment terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and professional sales process that converts interested parents into satisfied customers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Sales Development Representative team, providing guidance and support with escalated enquiries.
  • Monitor and track customer relationship management activity using tools such as GoHighLevel to maximise efficiency.
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends, guide engagement, and uncover opportunities for business growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand support for existing clients and schedule follow-up consultations where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Produce comprehensive client reports to ensure a seamless handover to the Operations team and an excellent onboarding experience.

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Sales Representative role.
  • Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • An exceptionally professional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of sales calls and prospective clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A resilient, motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity and excited to grow with Spark Tutoring.
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), with flexibility to work weekends or additional hours when required.

Compensation

  • On-Target Earnings: £75,000–£90,000+ per annum

  • Fully remote.
