Sales Representative
Watford | Full-Time | In-Person
The Atlas Collective is expanding. We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to support our charity partnership campaigns across Watford. Our work centres on face-to-face engagement — bringing important causes directly into local communities and helping charities grow their supporter base.
The organisations we represent rely on ongoing donor contributions to fund initiatives including emergency relief, healthcare access, environmental conservation, and community protection programmes. As a Sales Representative, you will play a direct role in helping those initiatives continue.

Your Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations in high-footfall locations
- Present each charity’s mission and current projects clearly and confidently
- Explain how regular donations support long-term impact
- Handle questions and objections professionally
- Support compliant donor sign-up processes
- Contribute to individual and team performance targets
- Represent our brand and our charity partners with professionalism
