Sales Representative (UK)
Field-based / Remote (UK) – ideally centrally based in England

£40,000–£55,000 depending on experience
OTE £92,000, with uncapped commission

The Role
PPF Solutions is a leading innovator in premium print finishing, product decoration and advanced packaging technologies, providing integrated workflow solutions to the graphic arts, luxury packaging, labeling and plastics sectors.
Our portfolio combines high-performance Hot & Cold Stamping Foils with precision hardware, including CNC Brass Dies & Tooling. These solutions help trade finishers and high-end packaging manufacturers achieve zero-defect production, reduced make-ready times and unrivaled design complexity.
The primary focus is winning NEW BUSINESS across the UK print and packaging space. You’ll develop the territory, grow the customer base, and build recurring revenue through sales and cross-selling of material consumables and precision hardware tooling.
What You’ll Do
- Territory Growth: Identify, target, and convert new B2B customer accounts across the UK to drive region profitability.
- Account Retention: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with all newly acquired accounts, identifying longer-term cross-selling opportunities across our consumable and hardware product lines.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage customer enquiries from initial quote requests through to delivery and long-term supply agreements.
- Value-Based Solution Selling: Educate clients on how our integrated product offerings maximize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs.
- Client Consultation: Work closely with clients' procurement and production teams to identify their material and hardware needs.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure accurate customer specifications and timely regional deliveries.
- Commercial Accuracy: Manage customer pricing, contracts, and sales forecasting utilizing the company CRM system.

What We’re Looking For
- Sales Experience: 3+ years of proven success in a new business, B2B sales, account management, or territory management role (experience in manufacturing, industrial print, packaging, or technical distribution is highly beneficial).
- Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated capability to manage a sales pipeline, close deals, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently meet sales targets.
- Aptitude for Learning: Strong technical aptitude and readiness to learn a specialized industrial product catalog spanning both materials and hardware components.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels from procurement managers to production teams.
- Logistics & Autonomy: High level of self-motivation with the ability to manage a remote territory autonomously. Valid UK Driving License is required for frequent client site visits.
