Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will engage prospective customers via phone, video calls, email, and online channels to explain Emerald Solar’s offerings and benefits. Daily responsibilities include:

The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with operations and support teams to ensure a smooth installation journey. The Sales Representative will work toward individual and team sales targets while providing transparent, consultative guidance that builds trust and supports long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting and closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms
- Proficiency with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic office software
- Customer service mindset with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or home improvement solutions
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a remote environment
- Previous experience in B2C sales, residential energy, telecoms, or similar sectors is beneficial
- Comfort working with UK-based customers and understanding of the UK residential market; prior experience is an advantage but not required
