This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Impact Handling. The Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage an assigned portfolio of customers, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual and on-site sales meetings
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Presenting tailored equipment and finance solutions based on customer requirements
The role involves collaborating with internal teams to coordinate equipment specifications, deliveries, and after-sales support, ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Representative will also:
- Track sales activity
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Contribute to sales forecasts and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and account management, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements.
- Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and communication, including the ability to explain technical equipment and finance options in clear, accessible terms.
- Experience with remote selling tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis for pipeline and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of B2B sales; experience in material handling, industrial equipment, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, organize workload effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Valid right to work in the UK; full driving licence is beneficial for occasional customer site visits.
- Relevant education in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
