Location: Home/Office-based – Shropshire Area

Role Overview

As part of the expanding external sales team, the successful candidate will focus on new business development in a defined territory, with emphasis on metal fabrication, automotive, and general industrial markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Self-generate leads
  • Manage and own the assigned territory
  • Maintain and report on sales pipeline

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year required)
  • Field sales experience in engineering/fabrication or motor trade (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • High self-motivation and target-driven mindset
  • IT literacy and clean driving licence
  • Knowledge of automotive and metal fabrication industries (desirable)

Package & Benefits

Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £49,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
