Role Overview
As part of the expanding external sales team, the successful candidate will focus on new business development in a defined territory, with emphasis on metal fabrication, automotive, and general industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Self-generate leads
- Manage and own the assigned territory
- Maintain and report on sales pipeline

Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year required)
- Field sales experience in engineering/fabrication or motor trade (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- High self-motivation and target-driven mindset
- IT literacy and clean driving licence
- Knowledge of automotive and metal fabrication industries (desirable)
Package & Benefits
Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £49,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
