Position: Sales Representative - Animal Health
Location: Remote - Covering Northern England (travel required)
Client: Animal Health Pharmaceuticals
Type: 12 months contract - full-time
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established UK veterinary territory during a key maternity-cover period.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing veterinary customers, including independent practices and corporate accounts.
- Drive the successful launch and adoption of a new product for the treatment of allergic and atopic dermatitis in dogs.
- Deliver ambitious sales targets and maximise growth across the territory.
- Identify opportunities to increase market penetration, customer engagement, and product uptake.
- Execute effective territory plans, prioritising high-value customers and growth opportunities.
- Build awareness, advocacy, and confidence in new and existing products.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver commercial objectives and a consistent customer experience.
- Operate autonomously, managing territory activity, customer visits, and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Support future product launches and contribute to continued growth across companion animal portfolio.

Main Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ active sales experience within the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience growing brands and gaining market share in competitive markets.
- Strong existing relationships with veterinary customers across independent and corporate practices.
- Proven experience successfully launching pharmaceutical or healthcare products and driving customer adoption.
- Desirable: Previous experience in companion animal dermatology and/or parasitology.
