Sales Representative
Full-Time | On-Site | Entry-Level
Build Your Career in Face-to-Face Sales
Are you confident speaking with people, motivated by achieving goals, and looking to develop practical sales experience?
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, working directly with customers as part of our traditional, offline sales and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity where you'll represent our clients, introduce their products and services, and develop practical experience in sales, customer acquisition, communication, and client representation.
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent clients through face-to-face, offline sales and marketing campaigns.
- Engage directly with customers to introduce and explain products and services.
- Identify customer needs and communicate relevant product or service information.
- Build positive and professional customer relationships.
- Support customer acquisition and sales activity.
- Work towards individual and team campaign objectives.
- Follow campaign and client guidelines when representing products and services.
- Develop effective sales, communication, and customer engagement techniques.
- Work collaboratively with experienced team members throughout campaign activity.

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, events, promotions, or marketing is advantageous but not required.
Training & Development
You'll receive training covering the products and services you represent, client information, campaign objectives, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
Ongoing coaching will help you develop valuable professional skills including:
