The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing UK team. This is a phone-based, outbound sales role focused on generating new business across multiple sectors. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers - building relationships that translate into long-term commercial growth.

This position is ideal for someone energetic, persuasive, and motivated by results, looking to develop a career in B2B sales within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to researched leads across healthcare, hospitality, catering, janitorial, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities using both internal data and external tools.
  • Present Meditrade’s full product portfolio to potential customers, adapting your approach to each industry.
  • Onboard new clients and manage early-stage relationships through to repeat orders.
  • Track and report weekly performance and sales pipeline activity.
  • Gradually develop your own managed accounts, earning commission on gross profit generated.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven outbound calling or telesales experience (B2B essential).
  • Communication: Confident, engaging, and professional phone manner.
  • Resilience: Target-driven with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Team Player: Works collaboratively and contributes to team success.
  • Growth Mindset: Keen to learn and progress into account management.

(Industry experience in healthcare, hygiene, catering, or industrial supplies is beneficial but not essential - full training provided.)
