Sales Representative: Dog & Cat Food – Bristol & South West
About the Role
Are you a tenacious, animal-loving sales representative with a passion for dogs and cats? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our high-performing sales team at Butternut Box, fastening the healthiest food for pets. This is an uncapped commission opportunity with the potential to earn £45,000+ per annum, with top performers currently earning £85,000+.
Our 32-hour (16 days/month) flexible contract—operating from Wednesday to Sunday—offers you more freedom for life while building a rewarding career.
Successful candidates will represent Butternut Box at face-to-face events, including shopping centres, festivals, and dog/cat shows, across Bristol and the South West.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face at events, explaining the benefits of Butternut’s premium pet food options
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities
- Represent the brand professionally at activations such as marketplaces, Christmas markets, and pet exhibitions
- Participate in stand set-up and breakdown at event locations
- Travel within 90 minutes of Bristol, with mileage reimbursement (over 1-hour travel) and accommodation support (beyond 2-hour travel)

Requirements
Qualified Applicant Must:
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and possess a personal car for eligibility
- Be based within a commutable distance of Bristol
- Have customer-facing experience, ideally with face-to-face sales involvement
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a hardworking sales-driven individual with a passion for results
- Carry confidence and interpersonal skills in busy, public spaces
