Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and onboard independent retailers, department stores, gift shops, and boutique chains across the UK.
- Present our product range, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure wholesale orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategy.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and in-store visits as required.

Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in B2B sales within the home, gift, or fragrance sectors – candle experience is a strong plus.
- Established network of UK retail buyers or decision-makers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape, including seasonal buying cycles and consumer preferences.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK (and occasionally to our factories in Asia if needed).
