About the job:

About Rosebud Solutions:

Rosebud builds and runs AI systems that chase, nurture and convert the leads a business already has — across email, SMS and WhatsApp — so they book more jobs from the pipeline they've already paid for. We sell it as a monthly subscription, and we're building the outbound engine that puts it in front of the businesses that need it.

Location: Remote. You work one market — UK or US — inside that market's local business hours, weekdays only, 9am–5pm, no weekends.

Compensation:

Commission only — 10% standard commission — no base salary, no hourly pay. You earn a percentage of each client's monthly subscription, paid every month for the first six months of that client, on every deal that closes from the demos you book.

About the Role:

This is outbound, and you make the calls. You sit at the front of our sales pipeline and generate new business through high-volume cold calling — around 250 dials a week — backed by your own LinkedIn and email follow-up. Every working day you work a prospect list we route to you, carry the conversations live, qualify against our framework, and book demos onto an Account Executive's calendar. The AE runs the demo and closes; your commission is earned when their deal closes. Minimum 20 hours a week on a schedule you choose inside your market's 9–5 window.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role is commission only. There is no base. The trade is straightforward: recurring, uncapped earnings, a real product with real outcomes, and the autonomy to run your own calls. If your bookings close, you earn — every month, for six months, on each client.

Your Role Responsibility:

  • Generate new business through high-volume cold calling — around 250 dials a week — supported by your own LinkedIn and email follow-up, connecting with owner decision-makers and building a healthy pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects against our framework — decision-maker status, fit and operational pain — before booking them in.
  • Book demos onto an Account Executive's calendar by creating interest, handling objections and communicating the value of the AI systems we build and run; your commission is earned when their deal closes.
  • Work every lead across all channels and follow up until it books or goes inactive.
  • Keep accurate dialler and CRM records — commission is only paid on clients logged and attributed to you.
  • Feed the team real market signal — which objections recur, which segments convert — and help refine the scripts.
  • Hit your weekly dial volume and the booking target agreed at interview.

Ideal Background:

  • At least 6 months of cold outbound dialling experience — SDR, appointment setter, telesales or a similar outbound role measured against commercial targets. This is the key requirement.
  • Fluent, clear spoken English with strong verbal and written communication — you'll be on the phone with UK or US business owners all day.
  • A working understanding of AI and automation, enough to speak credibly about what we build and run.
  • Highly organised, able to manage follow-ups, pipeline and priorities without being chased.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven, comfortable in a high-activity, commission-only environment — or with the runway to ramp into one.
  • Your own laptop, headset, stable internet and a quiet place to call, and able to operate as a self-employed contractor in UK or US local business hours.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience selling into small and mid-sized businesses.
  • A track record in a high-volume, commission-only environment.
