Earnings
- Commission based with a bonus structure ensuring a minimum income of £700 from only 4 deals.
- Average earnings in the region of £1,000 to £1,500.
- Potential to earn in excess of £100,000 per annum.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Rotherham. The Sales Representative will engage with residential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable window, door, and conservatory solutions. Daily tasks include:
- Conducting consultations and product demonstrations.
- Preparing quotes using our quoting software in the home.
- Closing sales.
A successful candidate will build strong customer relationships and consistently meet or exceed sales targets while representing South Yorkshire Windows in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, relationship building, and consultative selling within a face-to-face environment.
- Ability to clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Experience using basic digital tools or CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain organized sales records.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales ethically.
- Comfort working on-site and visiting customer premises when required, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience in home improvement, construction, or a similar field is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn technical details of windows, doors, and conservatories to give accurate advice to customers.
- Transport can be provided.
