Location: United Kingdom (UK-based only)
Type: Full-time, 1-year contract (with possibility of extension)
Compensation: Base salary + commission
Start date: October 1 (non-negotiable)
Hours: UK-based schedule with coverage of some EST business hours

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to drive new business across the UK, Canada, and the US — selling our team’s expertise (billable hours) across leading e-commerce platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle B2B sales: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Prospect and build pipeline across the UK, Canada, and US markets.
  • Sell billable-hour engagements across Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify, and other platforms.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and translate them into the right service offering.
  • Prepare proposals and scope assessments in collaboration with our technical and delivery teams.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM (Odoo).
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent MageMontreal as a consultative, trusted first point of contact for prospects.

What You Bring

  • ~5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling digital projects or e-commerce services.
  • Proven experience selling into or working with e-commerce clients.
  • Strong prospecting and hunter mentality with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • UK-based, able to cover some EST business hours for North American prospects.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently.
  • Available to start October 1.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preparing sales assessment / needs-assessment documents — structured discovery or scope/requirements documents that analyze a client’s needs ahead of a proposal.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or a similar CRM.
  • Experience selling professional services on a billable-hours model.
