Job title: Sales Representative – EU
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia (Hybrid) · Full-time
EaseAccess24 is hiring its first dedicated salesperson. Every deal so far has gone through our two co-founders, squeezed in between everything else they do. We're finally changing that and we're looking for the person who’s going to set the foundations of our sales success!
About EaseAccess24
We help European companies make their websites usable for everyone through a mix of software, expert audits, and consulting. This means adapting websites to international accessibility standards and legislation such as WCAG, the European Accessibility Act, and other country-specific laws.
We're the new generation of T-Meeting, a Swedish accessibility and telecom company with 25+ years on the market. EA24 itself is young (founded in late 2024), early-stage, and growing fast, which means whoever joins next will shape a lot more than just their own path.
The role
You'll own the full sales cycle end to end (prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business) with every new lead across Europe landing in your pipeline. Alongside that, you'll also help build out EA24's partnerships channel (resellers, trade associations, co-marketing) as a second, complementary layer to direct sales (not a separate job).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do
- Run your own pipeline – find, qualify, and close new business across Europe.
- Close existing pipeline generated by our outbound partner and in-house marketing.
- Build relationships that outlast a single deal, not just transactional wins.
- Develop EA24's partnerships channel alongside your core sales work.
- Report directly to EA24's co-founders – real access, real autonomy, no layers in between.
Hard requirements
- At least 2 years of real sales experience: you've carried a number and hit it.
- English fluency – the main working language, universal across all markets we work in.
- AI fluency: You already use AI tools in your day-to-day sales workflow, with concrete value-adding use cases.
Other desirable traits and knowledge
- A hunter mentality: you don't wait for work to land in your inbox – you go and find it.
- People skills: You’re good at nurturing relationships and turning them into mutual value. People remember you and enjoy working with you.
- Ruthless standard: You're never satisfied with "good enough."
- Comfortable operating independently: You thrive when given real autonomy and freedom in choosing how you reach your goals.
- Change-driven: You’re open to being challenged on your ideas, without getting defensive about it.
- Fluency in German and/or Swedish will be significantly valued.

Working at EaseAccess24
You'll be joining an ambitious young team working with real international exposure. Our key markets and clients are all across Europe.
Being early-stage means decisions happen in the room, not three approval layers later. If you spot a better way to do something, you can just try it. Failure is encouraged and welcomed.
And because we're still small, your work matters a lot – a deal you close moves the whole company forward, not just a chart in someone's dashboard.
The Selection Process
The first step is to apply through this job posting with your CV. All applicants will then receive a primary screening form with a short exercise that gives an initial impression on how you think and write. After that, selected candidates will be invited to a general first round interview. The candidates who advance will be invited to the second round, which consists of a practical interview (mock sales call) and a pulse check with the co-founders. Successful candidates will then receive an offer after this round.
If the idea of writing EA24's sales playbook from scratch excites you more than it intimidates you, we want to hear from you! Apply using the button below.
