Help teams on their feet ditch the paperwork.

Build Halt is one app to plan, assign, track and finish work for teams out in the field: construction, cleaning, maintenance, property, hospitality, home care and more. Projects, shifts, time clock, job chat, safety checks and payroll, all on one phone. Managers set it up in an afternoon, and their crew is running on it by the next morning.

We're an early-stage London start-up looking for sales reps who know how to talk to busy managers and business owners, whether that's on a site, at a trade counter or in their DMs.

What you'll do

In the field, across London

  • Visit building sites, trade merchants, cleaning and facilities companies, and local businesses
  • Show the app on your phone in under five minutes and get managers signed up on the spot
  • Work trade shows, networking events and industry meet-ups

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
