Sales Representative, Final Control
Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing Final Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, focusing on delivering and expanding our solutions and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding our clients' needs and providing tailored recommendations that maximize value, strengthen relationships, and support long-term growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct sales of the Novaspect valve product and services portfolio for key accounts
- Manage technical/engineering and commercial support for key accounts
- Become technically and commercially proficient in the sales and service of Fisher control valves, Anderson Greenwood Crosby PRV’s, and all products and services in the Novaspect valve solutions portfolio
- Identify, establish, and maintain business relationships with sponsors who influence the selection of Novaspect’s solutions
- Identify, establish, and maintain business relationships with management level power sponsors who have authority to be final decision makers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the customers' business, including their products and processes, markets served, key customers, industry dynamics that effect the customers' business and events that influence the customer's profits
- Maintains a high degree of industry knowledge and awareness, including trends, technology advancement, and significant accomplishments by others in the business, state of the competition, significant events related to our business and the customer's businesses
- Identify the customer's Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and key initiatives in order to support development of account plans, sales strategies, and project justifications
- Document quantifiable business results with sponsors and power sponsors
- Engage in team sales efforts of all Novaspect products and services for key accounts

Education and/or Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in industrial/mechanical products and services
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Account management experience

- Ability to work with and inspire others
- Mechanical aptitude
- Problem solving orientation
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Capacity to participate in a dynamic, technical, customer-oriented culture
- Desire for continual training and education
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours on a computer
- Ability to spend multiple hours a day driving
- Ability to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs in an industrial environment
- Ability to conduct customer visits in loud industrial settings

Pay:
- Base Range: $90,000 - $120,000
- Incentive Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, with potential for additional earnings if sales targets are exceeded
- Eligible for vehicle reimbursement program
The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position.
