Join the Polish Village Bread Team as a Sales Representative!
Are you a results-driven, proactive salesperson with excellent customer service skills? If so, we'd love to hear from you! Polish Village Bread, a modern bakery delivering fresh bakery products to homes across the UK for over 20 years, is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representative who is fluent in both Polish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply chain processes, including customer orders, sales quality, production, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve any issues.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.

What We're Looking For
- Higher education is preferred; a minimum of secondary education is required.
- Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of the bakery industry and the UK market.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a fast-paced team.
- Responsible, committed, and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English (Polish language required).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
