Engage Talent Partners are working with our client to source and recruit a Sales Representative, based in Aberdeen.
Our client is a well-established provider of workplace technology solutions. This is an exciting time to join a growing business, offering an ambitious candidate the opportunity to develop their career and make a real impact.
In this role, you will report to the Director and be responsible for generating new leads, prospecting for new business and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and secure a high volume of new business opportunities through various means, including networking, cold calling and email campaigns across Scotland.
- Identify, qualify and develop sales opportunities from a cold start.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through regular client meetings, while identifying opportunities for service improvement and additional business.
- Regularly update the CRM system with accurate activity, forecasting and deal progress.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and service agreements, ensuring they align with profitability objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends and client feedback.
