Lotessa

Lotessa is a growing UK digital health company transforming the support people receive while using GLP-1 medications for weight management.

Our digital aftercare platform helps patients manage the day-to-day realities of treatment, including medication routines, side effects, nutrition, hydration, appetite changes, weight, body measurements and progress beyond the scales. We work with pharmacies, online prescribing services, private weight-management providers, employers and healthcare organisations to deliver structured, scalable aftercare.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Representative to help accelerate Lotessa’s growth across the UK.

This is a hands-on new business role focused on building a strong pipeline of opportunities across online pharmacies, private weight-management providers, clinics, NHS organisations, employers, insurers and strategic healthcare partners.

You will identify prospective customers, engage key decision-makers and develop qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with the Founder and wider Lotessa team, you will understand each organisation’s needs and clearly communicate how Lotessa can strengthen patient aftercare, improve engagement and retention, support responsible service delivery and protect recurring revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and contributing directly to the growth of an early-stage health-tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target organisations, potential partners and relevant decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, telephone outreach, referrals, networking and industry events.
  • Build relationships with pharmacy owners, weight-management leaders, prescribing services, clinical teams, NHS stakeholders, employers and other healthcare decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospective customers and create high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Arrange and support discovery calls, product demonstrations and commercial meetings.
  • Understand prospective customers’ commercial, operational and patient-support needs.
  • Clearly communicate Lotessa’s value proposition and explain how digital aftercare can support patient engagement, retention, compliance and service differentiation.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Pipedrive.
  • Work towards agreed activity, pipeline, meeting and revenue targets.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, partnership documents and other commercial materials.
  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions and healthcare networking events.
  • Work collaboratively with the Founder, marketing team and product partners to progress opportunities.
  • Stay informed about developments in GLP-1 weight management, digital health, pharmacy services and the wider UK healthcare market.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, competitor intelligence and market insight to support Lotessa’s commercial and product strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
