This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Bicester. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting Panam Valves Ltd.’s product portfolio to customers in target industries.

Daily tasks include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Conducting customer visits and product presentations
  • Preparing quotes
  • Negotiating pricing and terms in line with company guidelines

The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, production, and customer service to ensure accurate technical information, timely delivery, and high-quality support. The Sales Representative will also maintain sales records, prepare reports and forecasts, and participate in trade shows or industry events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product information related to valves, fittings, and industrial instrumentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and negotiate commercially sound agreements.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage pipelines, prepare accurate quotations, and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors (oil and gas, process instrumentation, hydrogen, or related fields) is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems and basic office software for reporting, documentation, and sales tracking.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bicester and travel to customer locations or industry events as required.
  • Relevant education in business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
