At Trackman we are growing, as we constantly strive to further develop our market leading sport tracking solutions. This is why we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative for our Golf Product in Ireland. This is a unique opportunity.
Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures, and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, Trackman now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.
Are you our new Sales Representative for Trackman Golf?
You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director, fellow Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Customers and Trackman Headquarter personnel, including global product owners.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Grow sales in the region, which is the key driver for the region
- Develop business and sales opportunities within our Trackman Pro, Trackman Range, and Trackman Indoor golf markets
- Product demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, Ambitious Amateurs, Indoor Facilities, Entrepreneurs and other golf client segments
- Prepare proposals, manage pipelines, and close deals
- Help build our community of operators through events and workshops
- Support our new customers with training, education and 1st level technical support
- Assist our customers in the planning and execution of successful launches for indoor golf centres
- Provide a voice for our customers at internal meetings to senior leaders and product owners
- Work with our Booking & Payments team to help shape how players schedule pay and play across the Trackman ecosystem
- Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
- Development and continuous improvement of your territory sales strategies

Your main purpose is to help drive sales and ensure that all new and existing Trackman owners are successful in how they use and leverage our product.
Requirements
What are we looking for:
- Fluent in English language
- Professional golfer or Single figure elite amateur golfer preferable
- Home/Office in Ireland. Southern Ireland preferable.
- Previous experience in sales or support. Ideally in golf or a sports related business
- Relevant qualification in sports, technology, business or marketing
- Driver's License and access to own vehicle (expenses paid)
- Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking, respected and responsible person
- Strong growth ambitions, holds an entrepreneurial mindset
- Works independently, but is also a team player who shares feedback and helps when required.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse problems and provide well thought through solutions.
- Willingness to work "Out of hours" on weekends and evenings when necessary
You can expect In-region travel required, 70%-75% of time, specifically on-site, and occasional European travel.
