Sales Representative, Leicester / UK Sales (Fixed-Term)

Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional looking to bring innovative products to independent retailers? Do you want to champion a growing Next Generation Products portfolio? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
As our new Sales Representative, you will be part of our UK Sales team and play an important role in growing Scandinavian Tobacco Group's Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio, including XQS, across independent retailers in the UK. You will work closely with independent retailers and your Sales Manager to build strong, trust-based partnerships and drive sustainable sales growth. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales career and gain exposure to an innovative product portfolio in an international organization.
What Your Day Will Look Like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with independent retailers, promoting and growing sales of our NGP portfolio across your territory.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on XQS and other NGP offerings, delivering engaging product demonstrations and training to retailers.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences, and sharing actionable insights with management to refine strategy.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to maximize growth within your assigned territory, prioritizing activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensuring accurate and timely order processing, maintaining detailed sales records, and providing regular reports to your Sales Manager.

What You'll Bring
- Experience working with store-level data and CRM/reporting systems.
- A proven background in sales, ideally within FMCG or NGP categories.
- A passionate, energetic, and resilient approach in the face of market challenges.
- A full UK driving licence.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary is £35,000, plus a 10% annual bonus, corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
