About the Role
At Body & Soul, we’re a luxury intimate portrait studio in East London focused on helping women transform how they see themselves. With 1,900+ empowered women already guided through our process, we’re now scaling our impact while maintaining our high standards.
We’re hiring top-tier sales reps eager to build fast-track careers in a mission-driven, fast-growing team. This is your chance to promote internally into leadership as we expand.
Who This Role Is For
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are a top-performing rep (or should be) with 5+ months B2C experience in phone-based sales (SDR/BDR) or self-employed sales.
- Speak correctly and compellingly in clear, confident English on calls.

What We Offer
Career & Training
- Daily sales training + 1:1 coaching for performance.
- Focus on emotional sales skills (objection handling, communication).

Compensation (£24k base + ULC)
- Uncapped commission with £50k–£70k+ OTE potential.
- Top performers blessers hit £100k+ annually as back-end closers.
- Paid at time of close, not a delayed payout scheme.
Work Environment
- Remote UK hours (or near-matching availability).
- High-intent warm leads from our pre-qualified marketing funnel.
Credentials

What We Expect
Responsibilities
- High commitment: 5 days/week (including evenings & weekends).
- Run 20–25 min consults over phone/Zoom with enquiring women.
- Follow structured sales process for consults and objections.
- Take payment in live sessions and manage appointments** live**.
- Pursue soft/warm leads ("thinking it over," past enquiries) when high-priority is full.
- Keep pipeline aligned with declarations and scorecards.
- Perform standard admin handoffs for services booked.

Results (After Ramp-Up)
You’ll be expected to:
- Conduct 8–12 high-intent consults/day.
- Secure 3–5 paid sessions/day (at best).
- Maintain a 40%+ auto-close rate.
- Hit or exceed monthly paid-session targets.
Requirements
Experience
✔ 5+ months as an inbound sales rep (SDR, BDR) or a self-employed seller. ✔ Proof of sales performance (charitable/private door-to-door) is also considered.
Qualities
✖ Self-driven—we trust your time management. ✖ Exceptional on-phone presence is non-negotiable. ✖ Consistent, high-level communication in clear English.
