Sales Representative: Garage Equipment

Kent (Field-Based)

GBP32,000 - GBP42,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE GBP50,000+)

A well-established supplier of automotive workshop solutions is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to support growth across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing business, developing new customer relationships while managing existing accounts within the automotive sector.

Whether you have experience selling garage equipment, automotive products, or technical solutions, this role offers excellent earning potential and long-term career development.

The Role

  • Develop new business opportunities across independent garages, workshops, and service centers
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the region
  • Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Generate quotations, negotiate sales, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets
  • Represent the business professionally while building long-term customer relationships

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development, or Account Management role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within automotive, engineering, or technical sales environments desirable
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning new business
  • Full UK driving license

Package

  • GBP32,000 - GBP42,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of GBP50,000+
  • Car allowance
