About Farmina

Farmina Pet Foods is a family-owned Italian company with over 50 years of expertise in pet nutrition. With four production facilities and a presence in more than 75 countries, we are a fast-growing global player in the pet care industry.

At Farmina, we go beyond nutrition. By combining nature and science, we develop high-quality nutritional solutions that support the health and wellbeing of pets worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Sales Representative to accelerate the growth of our business across the South of the UK, including the South East and South West of England.

In this field-based role, you will take full ownership of your territory, actively expanding Farmina’s presence across the pet retail channel, including independent pet shops, groomers, trainers, breeders and retail chains.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers and distributors, and increasing Farmina’s visibility and commercial performance throughout the region.

This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional with a strong sense of ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage a broad geographical territory effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
