Work Market: An ADP Company

Who We Are:

Work Market is the great enabler for the modern work experience. We were founded in 2010 with a simple yet ambitious vision: to power the future of work. We help some of the biggest companies in the world unlock new levels of productivity, engagement, and growth. Our industry-leading Freelance Management Solution (FMS) provides businesses with the smartest way to organize, manage, and pay their freelancers and contractors compliantly. Join us, and experience work the way it should be.

We are looking to expand our talented team of hunters by finding people who understand what it takes to close sales, manage sales cycles, and exceed performance goals focused on constant collaboration to develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.

This specific role is selling cross-industry to Line of Business Executives (SMB and Enterprise) who seek to leverage a blended workforce (employees, contractors, alumni, vendors, freelancers) to drive productivity and efficiency. It is also to sell to the CHRO and COO who desire to offer an FMS shared service to enable the LOB to leverage a blended workforce compliantly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
