Job title: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Around North East and Yorkshire

Are you a Healthcare Assistant or theatre professional with Orthopaedic experience looking to take your first step into medical device sales?

We are working with a long-established medical device company that supplies high-quality surgical instruments, drill systems and consumable products to NHS and private hospitals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the operating theatre environment and is ready to build a commercial career within the medical technology industry. Full product training will be provided, so previous sales experience is not essential.

The role will involve:

  • Developing relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement professionals and other key hospital stakeholders
  • Supporting customers with product education and guidance
  • Managing and growing existing accounts across the territory
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Promoting a broad portfolio of capital equipment and consumable products
  • Visiting hospitals regularly and maintaining accurate activity through the company CRM

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
