Prompt Pay Capital is growing, and we're looking for ambitious people to join our sales team across two exciting opportunities:
- Field Sales Representatives – ideal for junior salespeople, graduates, or people looking to get into sales
- Sales Consultants – ideal for people with some sales experience who want to take their earning potential to the next level
No payments experience? No problem. Full training is provided.

Prompt Pay Capital is a fast-growing payments business helping UK companies save money, improve their payment technology, and access better solutions.
We work with a wide range of businesses, from independent retailers and local businesses through to larger companies turning over £10M+.
We provide card machines, EPOS systems, e-commerce payment solutions, and access to multiple payment providers, meaning we can offer businesses solutions that genuinely fit their needs.

The Opportunity
This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. That means there is no basic salary, but there is also no ceiling on what you can earn. We provide the training, products, systems, and support. Your role is to create opportunities, build relationships, and win business. For the right person, this can develop into a highly rewarding sales career with the opportunity to build a portfolio of clients and recurring income over time.
Field Sales Representative
This is an excellent opportunity if you're starting your sales career or have some experience but want to develop your skills.
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for getting out into the market, speaking to business owners, and generating new opportunities for our sales team.

You'll:
- Visit businesses and introduce Prompt Pay Capital
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify businesses that could benefit from better payment solutions
- Generate qualified sales opportunities
- Develop your communication, prospecting, and sales skills
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Work closely with our Sales Consultants to progress opportunities
- Learn how the payments industry works from the ground up
You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for confidence, energy, resilience, and a willingness to learn. If you're competitive, personable, and don't mind hearing "no" before getting a "yes", we'll give you the tools and training to develop.
Sales Consultant
Our Sales Consultants take qualified opportunities and turn them into new business. You'll work with business owners and senior decision-makers to understand their existing payment setup, identify opportunities, and recommend the right solution.
You'll:
- Generate your own opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Follow up opportunities generated by our Field Sales Representatives
- Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Review existing payment arrangements and identify opportunities
- Present tailored payment and EPOS solutions
- Negotiate and close new business
- Manage the sales process through to application and onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with your merchants
- Develop your own network of referrals and business contacts
- Build a portfolio that can generate recurring income

Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for a particular CV. We're looking for people who are:

Previous sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement for Field Sales Representatives. For Sales Consultants, previous B2B sales experience is preferred, although we will consider strong candidates from other sales environments.
This is a commission-only role, so it won't be right for everyone. There is no basic salary, and you'll need to be comfortable taking responsibility for your own results. But if you're willing to put the work in, learn quickly, and develop your sales ability, the earning potential is uncapped. You won't be left on your own. You'll receive training, sales support, product knowledge, and access to a team that is invested in helping you succeed. We're building a team of people who want to grow with the business.
