You work well alongside sales and marketing teams, communicating clearly and building relationships easily. The idea of shaping a pipeline from the ground up, rather than inheriting someone else's, appeals to you.

What You’ll Be Doing (in a Nutshell)

In our Revenue team, you'll be the engine behind net-new pipeline. Working alongside our Sales Development Representatives and Marketing team, you'll identify and research the organisations and people that align with our Ideal Client Profile, giving the wider commercial team the intelligence they need to open meaningful conversations.

Day-to-day You Can Expect To

  • Research and map target accounts in the Mid-Market and Enterprise space (organisations with 500+ employees), identifying the right stakeholders across HR, Reward, and C-suite
  • Understand the business challenges of target organisations and align these to the relevant Perkbox and Vivup product solutions
  • Build and maintain a well-organised, accurate contact database using a range of sales prospecting tools and platforms
  • Collaborate directly with the SDR team to develop and grow pipeline in the 500+ employee space
  • Work with the Marketing team on business-as-usual projects that support new business generation
  • Stay across relevant HR industry trends to ensure our outreach is informed and well-targeted

To Be Successful, You'll Have

  • A high degree of curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding organisations and people
  • Excellent written communication skills, including strong copywriting ability
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with large data sets
  • Confidence using multiple software platforms and handling high volumes of information

The Interview Process

Our Interview Process Involves 4 Main Stages

  1. Application
  2. Short call with a member of the TA team
  3. 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  4. Final Interview and task with two members of the team
