A rapidly growing family business seeks a Sales Researcher, to be at the forefront of their growth strategy— researching, identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects for their Sales Executives to call. Your work will directly influence their international expansion plans and play a pivotal role in their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target markets and key decision-makers across the sector
  • Use cutting-edge tools and platforms to identify prospects
  • Qualify leads through insightful market analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Monitor and optimise lead generation performance using key metrics
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to refine and innovate lead generation tactics
  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to fuel business growth

Requirements

  • Inquisitive and curious with bags of initiative
  • Graduate calibre
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or keen to develop a career in this area
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong research skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships through consistent engagement
  • Comfortable working independently and within a fast-paced team environment
