About us

Loomery is a digital product agency that helps clients move fast with technology. Our teams combine grounded strategic approaches with deep technical expertise to pinpoint the right thing to build, then make it happen fast.

Since launching in 2020, we’ve worked with large businesses, universities and startups to design and deliver new digital products and grow their capabilities. Recently we’ve worked with Tesco, Sky, Legal & General, holiday platform Secret Escapes, branded merchandise retailer MOO.com, and University of the Arts London.

You'll join a growing, multidisciplinary team of product people, designers and engineers. We’re led by founders Brett Thornton and Tim Checkley: strategy and product leaders with over two decades of experience delivering for organisations including Apple, Visa, NatWest and Tesco. Learn more about our leadership team.

We are passionate about creating a diverse company that’s a stimulating and supportive place to work, and one that leaves the planet better than we found it. We invest heavily in our culture and prioritise psychological safety for everyone on the team.

The role

We are searching for a Sales + RevOps Intern: an organised team member who is intrigued by analytics and eager to discover how a contemporary B2B commercial engine operates behind the scenes.

Your primary focus will be transforming our client and prospect data into accurate, high-value insights, ensuring our growth team clearly identifies every future opportunity.

Our platform currently holds vast records of potential clients that require deeper detail. You will take full responsibility for upgrading and enriching this prospect information, tracking the progression from early engagement to active discussions, and designing automated processes to keep systems updating seamlessly.

You will get your hands dirty from day one alongside our sales team on active deals, directly steering who we contact and accelerating our outreach.

Based in our London workspace, you will report directly to Patrick, Head of Growth.

Length: Initial 3-month placement, with potential for extension depending on outcomes.

Pay: £2,065.38 monthly (Living Wage rate)

What you'll be doing

You will hold primary ownership over maintaining high-quality, actionable commercial data in our systems. To achieve this, you will:

  • Cleanse and enrich database records: Upgrade existing HubSpot profiles across prospective organisations, key individuals, and active deals.
  • Segment commercial targets: Categorise existing contacts so our business development team immediately recognises priority conversations.
  • Research target accounts: Investigate target organisations and decision-makers, layering on relevant context to make our communications land.
  • Map and document workflows: Outline the exact path from initial contact capture to outreach execution, codifying standard operating practices.
  • Automate system maintenance: Design automated processes that maintain accurate pipeline data without demanding manual entry.
  • Sync engagement touchpoints: Ensure social engagement on platforms like LinkedIn aligns smoothly with central platform records.
  • Accelerate outreach campaigns: Construct targeted lead lists, draft messaging, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver weekly analytics: Extract reports on conversion funnels, qualified leads, and overall deal health to highlight what drives progress.
  • Leverage modern AI tools: Apply platforms like Claude to streamline research efforts, intelligence gathering, and administrative work.
  • Support growth initiatives: Assist with event execution and broader campaigns, managing attendee registration and follow-up streams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Through this placement, you will gain comprehensive exposure to a modern commercial operation, observing how opportunities evolve from early touchpoints to closed partnerships.

Who you are

We are searching for an ambitious team member early in their career journey who is intrigued by analytical systems, AI, and growth tactics. Prior experience in business development is not required.

This role might suit you if you are:

  • A recent university graduate or currently seeking an industrial placement year.
  • An early-career practitioner with foundational exposure to marketing, operations, or commercial work looking to deepen your skills.
  • A curious builder who has experimented independently with spreadsheet models, AI workflows, or emerging technology tools.

You will likely thrive here if you are:

  • Meticulous and organised: You take pride in structured information and care deeply when details are fragmented or inconsistent.
  • A proactive problem solver: You naturally look for patterns and enjoy optimising complex operations rather than repeating manual steps.
  • Technologically curious: You have explored AI tools and are eager to deploy them practically within a professional business environment.
  • Data-fluent: You feel confident working in spreadsheets and want to master modern business platforms like HubSpot.
  • An open communicator: You articulate ideas clearly and actively seek clarification rather than working on assumptions.
  • Eager to stretch yourself: You want to learn rapidly within a close-knit team where your individual contributions make a direct impact.
  • London-based: You are able to collaborate in person at our London office 2-3 days each week.

While not strictly mandatory, prior exposure to enterprise software platforms, B2B SaaS businesses, early-stage startups, or agency environments is a helpful bonus.

Why you'll love working here:

  • Real impact: Shape our technical direction and work with some of the UK's most innovative companies from day one.
  • Transparent growth: Clear progression paths, open compensation system, and regular development conversations.
  • Flexibility that actually works: We support flexible hours, hybrid working, and we'll work with you to design a working pattern that fits you best.
  • Always learning: Grants for learning activities that align with company growth and development goals. The chance to work with cutting-edge technology.
  • Purpose-driven: We believe in the power of technology to help people and offer big discounts to charities like Little Village. We also recognise everyone needs to do more to address the climate crisis and we offset all the carbon we use.
  • Great people: We organise regular social events, and invest in building relationships. That’s recently included a 2 day company retreat in the countryside, a talk series and picnic for Mental Health Awareness Week, and a cinema trip to celebrate hitting our quarterly goals.
