An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager

This is a key role within the business, providing day-to-day office management and operational support while helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy, professional office environment.

We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and personable, who enjoys taking ownership and being the go-to person within an office.

The Role:

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Sales support for the negotiators
  • Diary support to Directors
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, maintenance and general administration
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, contractors and external service providers
  • Coordinate office requirements and ensure the working environment is maintained to a high standard
  • Support senior management and directors with administrative and organisational requirements
  • Assist with diary management, meetings and office events where required
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence and general office enquiries
  • Coordinate couriers, post and deliveries
  • Maintain office systems, processes and records
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring they have everything required
  • Organise meetings, refreshments and internal events

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Business Manager or similar role within Estate Agency.

You will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, professional and personable
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
  • Practical and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
