Duracell (Europe) – Senior Individual Contributor / Manager Level

About Duracell

Duracell is the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of high-performance alkaline batteries, specialty cells, and rechargeable solutions. A wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, the company operates in over 100 countries, delivering trusted consumer brands and expanding into home energy, power accessories, and portable power solutions. Our global licensing programme extends the Duracell brand into adjacent markets through strategic partner relationships.

Duracell is the industry leader in professional power, ensuring critical devices—such as heart rate monitors, defibrillators, telemetry equipment, smoke detectors, fire alarms, automated valves, and security systems—operate reliably. Rooted in innovation, we continuously develop batteries that are smarter, thinner, higher-performing, and long-lasting than competitors.

Since partnering with Berkshire Hathaway (Fortune #4 Most Admired Company, #3 in Fortune 500), Duracell remains focused on sustainable growth, cutting-edge innovation, and long-term stakeholder value. Our culture prizes integrity, accountability, decisive decision-making, and a proactive “can-do” mindset.

    • EV charging
    • Flashlights
    • Powerbanks
    • Consumer electronics accessories (Europe-focused).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
