Overview
Sales & Service Agent - FULL TIME - HYBRID WORKING
Salary £27,500 per annum
5% discretionary Bonus scheme
Up to 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, buy/sell up to 5 days holiday
As a Sales & Service Agent, you will answer customer queries whilst contributing to the delivery of a seamless front-line service.

Responsibilities
The Sales & Service Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions relating to insurance policies, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales and retention targets within a regulated environment.
The role requires a compliant, customer-focused approach, ensuring fair customer outcomes, accurate policy administration, and high-quality sales conversations aligned to FCA and company standards.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in a contact centre, or regulated sales environment (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and empathetically where required.
- Ability to balance sales performance with compliance requirements.
- Resilient, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-managed environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems, with the ability to quickly navigate between applications during customer conversations.
