Sales & Service Executive – High-Growth Start-Up – Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)
Full-Time | Chester | £25,000–£30,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus £40,000 - £70,000+ OTE
Base salary of £25,000, rising to £30,000 DOE & subject to performance. Includes a target-based monthly bonus scheme with the potential to double your monthly salary.
We are aiming for successful candidates to join our team in September or October 2026, though we may offer some flexibility for the right people.

About the Role
Join All Home Repairs 24/7 – the fast-response network for home emergencies. We match customers with one of our local and highly vetted engineers across Plumbing, Gas Safe, Drainage, Electrical Work, Locksmiths, and a whole lot more, ensuring a top quality job every time. You'll speak with customers, solve problems, and turn enquiries into bookings — with every call a chance to earn, wow a customer, and grow.
Providing superior customer service is at the heart of this role. Actively gathering customer feedback and reviews for our online platforms, and helping customers discover the ongoing value of our Care Plan membership, are core parts of your responsibilities and vital to our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
You're the first voice customers hear when panic hits — turning chaos into calm. Working alongside founders who actually listen, you'll join a tight, fast-growing crew where your ideas and customer impact matter.
Each day you'll:
- Talk direct with customers — no scripts, just real conversations
- Diagnose the problem (leaks, blockages, blown fuses, lockouts — you're the go-to) and match them with the right trade, whether that's a plumber, Gas Safe engineer, electrician, locksmith or drainage specialist
- Book the perfect local expert to fix it — fast
- Deliver exceptional customer service every time
- Spot the moment to upsell relevant services and introduce customers to our Care Plan membership programme, helping them see the ongoing value of joining
- Actively gather feedback and encourage reviews for our online platforms
- Keep everything running smooth, staying cool under pressure
- Pitch your ideas to the founders — if it improves the business or wows customers, it's happening
