📍 North East England | £37,000–£52,000 per year, plus Sales Bonus | Service sales | Existing client base, real room to grow

You inherit an existing client base in North East England, and your job is to grow it further. Desk-based colleagues cold call and set up new appointments for you, so when you're in front of a customer, you focus on turning a repair, replacement or service need into the right deal. The technical side, working out exactly which solution fits, is something we teach you, so you can focus on the sale. At Easilift, we back up every sale with a 98% first-fix rate, so you're never selling promises you can't keep. As Service Sales Manager, you build that within your own region.

What you'll be doing

  • You grow an existing regional client base into new repair, replacement and service opportunities
  • You're the fixed point of contact for your own regional accounts, so the customer never has to work out who to call
  • You turn a fault, a maintenance query or an expiring contract into a concrete proposal: a quote or a CAPEX plan
  • You visit customers on site for meetings and contract renewals
  • You manage pricing and pipeline in Salesforce, and negotiate with suppliers for the best terms
  • You build account plans and feed in figures that show where the growth is
  • You work closely with engineering, so what you promise actually gets delivered

About us

For over 60 years, Easilift Loading Systems has designed, manufactured and maintained dock levellers and loading doors for businesses in retail, distribution and logistics. We run our own production facilities, which means shorter lines between sales and engineering, and faster answers when a customer needs one, real leverage when you're closing a deal.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You're part of the wider Service and Equipment sales team, and you'll see them in person from time to time to stay connected. What you'll never be without is a fast, reliable escalation route to engineering whenever a customer needs a technically sound answer.
