Job Overview

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Service Operative to support our fast-paced recycling and refurbished white goods operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with customers, and can effectively coordinate sales activity alongside operational demands.

A key responsibility will be supporting white goods sales to traders, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, and electric cookers. You will help build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients and ensure they receive the right stock at the right time.

We are proud of our refurbished appliances department. It has been running since 2017, selling locally to trade clients, and today is one of the largest of its type in the UK. We’re part of the AO.com family and their growth fuels our growth. All of this is underpinned by having great people and accreditations which mean we can sell our refurbished appliances with both confidence and warranty.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and identify suitable stock solutions.
  • Ensure products are correctly graded, priced, and prepared for collection while communicating stock availability and pricing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
