Company Description

Coco Wolf creates luxury outdoor furniture, handcrafted in Britain for private homes, hotels, and exceptional spaces around the world. We are looking for a personable, organised Sales & Showroom Assistant to join our King’s Road showroom.

Working closely with our Head of Sales, you will welcome interior designers, architects, and private clients, help them explore our collections, and support enquiries and orders through to delivery. This is a hands-on role in a small, creative team, offering the opportunity to develop your knowledge of furniture, materials, and British craftsmanship.

Role Description

  • Welcome showroom visitors and confidently introduce Coco Wolf’s furniture collections, fabrics, and finishes.
  • Support the Head of Sales with client consultations, sample selections, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and by email, providing a friendly, knowledgeable service.
  • Process orders, assist with payment follow-ups, and keep Pipedrive and sales records accurate and up to date.
  • Keep clients informed about their orders, working with our British factory, suppliers, and delivery partners to coordinate updates and deliveries.
  • Help resolve client queries and aftercare requests, involving the Head of Sales where needed.
  • Keep the showroom beautifully presented, with furniture, samples, and product information organised and well maintained.
  • Assist with preparations for client meetings, presentations, and showroom events.
  • Provide everyday administrative and practical support to the Head of Sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
