Sales Solutions Architect | Enterprise AI | London (Hybrid)
A high-growth, venture-backed Enterprise AI company is looking for a Sales Solutions Architect to help large organisations transform business operations through AI-driven workflows and automation.
This is a customer-facing, pre-sales role where you'll work alongside Business Development and leadership teams to uncover business challenges, design innovative AI solutions, and help enterprise customers move from AI experimentation to measurable business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Leading discovery workshops with enterprise customers to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Designing AI-driven workflow solutions that deliver tangible business value.
- Creating solution architectures, workflow maps, and customer-focused demonstrations.
- Partnering with sales teams throughout the deal cycle to support qualification, solution design, and closing activities.
- Building compelling business cases focused on ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvement.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on AI adoption, automation, governance, and digital transformation.
- Supporting technical evaluations, RFPs, compliance discussions, and proof-of-concepts.

What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or solution architecture role.
- Experience selling or solutioning enterprise software, SaaS, AI, automation, data, analytics, or workflow platforms.
- Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients across industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecoms, Energy, Media, or Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies is advantageous.

Salary: Up to £120k base + Bonus
