Sales Solution Lead I £65K (OTE £95K) I HYBRID - Leeds
My client is looking for a Sales Solutions Lead to join a growing technology sales team and help drive the development of enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud and data centre solutions across the healthcare sector. This is a customer-facing, consultative role where you’ll work closely with Account Managers, technical specialists and senior customer stakeholders to understand technology strategies, identify opportunities and develop solutions that support long-term business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders across healthcare organisations.
- Work alongside Account Managers to strengthen existing customer relationships through regular technical engagement.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand technology roadmaps, challenges and future priorities.
- Identify and develop opportunities across enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud and data centre solutions.
- Act as a technical overlay to the sales team, bringing credibility and insight to customer conversations.
- Translate complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate workshops, discovery sessions and meetings with solution architects and technical specialists.
- Support opportunity qualification, development and progression through the sales pipeline.

What they’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical sales, pre-sales, solutions, consultancy or similar role.
- A track record of identifying and developing opportunities through consultative customer engagement.
- The ability to engage confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and discovery skills.
- Experience working with solution architects, consultants or technical pre-sales teams.
- Knowledge of technologies such as compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, backup and disaster recovery.
- An understanding of how technology solutions can be aligned to wider business objectives.
- Experience managing opportunities and pipelines through CRM platforms.

Desirable:
- Experience working with NHS or wider public sector organisations would be highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology strategies, procurement frameworks and digital transformation programmes would also be advantageous.
- Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, networking, storage, backup and disaster recovery, together with an understanding of managed and professional services, would be particularly relevant.
