A leading global organisation within Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management is seeking a Sales Director, Solutions Development to drive revenue growth across EMEA.
This is a senior, client-facing position where you'll lead complex sales pursuits, develop innovative solutions and build relationships with major global organisations.

The Role
As The Sales Director, Solutions Development, You'll
- Lead complex sales pursuits and contract renewals across the EMEA region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities alongside Business Development teams.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across global and Fortune 500 organisations.
- Develop tailored outsourcing and real estate solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Lead structured discovery processes to understand operational challenges, priorities and decision-making criteria.
- Develop specialist knowledge within the Industrial sector, identifying opportunities to solve complex real estate and operational challenges.
- Coordinate multi-skilled pursuit teams across Solutions, Pricing, Proposals, Technology and operational service lines.
- Develop commercial strategies, pricing models and contract structures that deliver target margins while effectively managing risk.
- Lead negotiations within competitive sales environments and support opportunities through to contract close.
- Drive revenue growth while identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity through Salesforce.
You
To be successful in the role of Sales Director – Solutions Development, you'll bring:
- 7+ years' experience in sales, business development or a senior commercial role.
- German language capability.
- Proven experience developing and winning complex outsourcing solutions.
- Experience working with large global or Fortune 500 organisations.
- Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management or outsourced services experience is highly desirable.
- A strong track record of generating opportunities, leading pursuits and closing new or expansion business.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies and CRM platforms such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with an understanding of pricing, margins and contractual risk.
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to lead diverse teams through complex and competitive sales processes.
