Sales Specialist – Volvo
Location: Maidenhead
Job Type: Full time, 9am - 5.30pm. You must be able to commit to working the occasional weekend (1 in 5 weeks) covering both Saturday and Sunday
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

The Role
As a New Car Sales Specialist for Volvo, you’ll be responsible for driving high-volume, value-based sales to retail and SME clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving optimal sales contribution for VCUK, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, ideal for resilient, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales.

- Deliver high-volume, value-based sales to retail and SME customers
- Build rapport and understanding with a diverse range of customers
- Present ideas and solutions confidently to achieve sales targets
- Use Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications to manage and track opportunities
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding targets
- Take ownership of all aspects of your role, working independently and proactively
- Adapt positively to changes in assignments, priorities, and processes
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
What We’re Looking For
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in sales and value-based selling
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiating skills
- Detailed understanding of automotive sales
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to self-development
- Highly adaptable and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- FCA regulated experience is desirable but not essential

The ideal candidate is high-energy, with the right attitude, work ethic, and sales skills. No formal qualifications beyond GCSEs are required, though understanding the sales process and experience handling knock-backs is advantageous.
